Introduction:


single robotic  Manipulator can connect multiple punches into an automated production line,Robotic arm accurately positions and transfers stamping parts between the dies in different punch dies,This eliminated the traditional manual transport mode,Improved production efficiency and improved product quality stability,Avoid various factors caused by manual participation in handling production (including misoperation, surface scratches, low efficiency, danger, etc.)。


Features:

System General Composition N presses + 1 feeding machine + N + 1set of swing arm manipulator + 1 product conveyor line

• Manipulator motion trajectory is quadratic (two axes),

the left and right movement direction and the up and down direction.

The driving motor is 3-5 imported from Japan Yaskawa servo motor.


the software is imported from Japan Mitsubishi control system, and the slide rail is imported from Taiwan Shangyin linear guide.

There are three ways of reclaiming: vacuum adsorption, electromagnetic chuck and clamping

The sensor signal uses a proximity photoelectric switch, which has fast speed, long life, good anti-interference performance and high accuracy.

The repeat positioning accuracy of the system is 0.1MM, and the operation panel adopts a large-screen human-machine interface, which can facilitate the monitoring and operation.

Movement Process:

The movement process of the manipulator is (the manipulator and the punch are at the origin position at the beginning): the manipulator X moves to the left--the manipulator Z moves down--the manipulator picks up--the manipulator Z moves up--the manipulator X moves right--the manipulator Z Decrease direction--manipulator unloading--manipulator Z direction rise--manipulator X direction moves back to the origin to the left--the punch stops at the top dead center after one press.
